You’re an on-trend type of woman whose got back-to-back meetings, a working lunch, and a doctor’s appointment all before you host friends at your place tonight. We won’t even mention the pop-tart you scarfed down on the way to work this morning. The bottom line? You’re busy. And as much as you’d love to dig into design blogs + coffee table books full of inspo, you ain’t got the time.
My friend, you are in the right spot! This is where GREENERIE comes in.
We’re a home + garden shop and blog, and we serve the everyday, modern woman who is looking for a little guidance when it comes to caring for houseplants and styling her home herself.
We provide her with a curated selection of home goods, dish out all of the plant tips, and teach her how to create a home she loves, without all the fuss of tracking down info from multiple sources and scouring the Internet for basic tips.
In elementary school, Art Club was always the highlight of my week. Doodles covered most of my school binders growing up and I kept a hefty stack of Teen Vogue around at all times.
My college career began in the art studio and ended with a volunteer position at a psychiatric hospital. I wholeheartedly believe that we’re all creatives by nature, and sometimes our inner artist just needs a bit of encouragement.
A mish-mash of my love for art + people, home + design, and a healthy obsession with houseplants is what led to the creation of GREENERIE.
These days, you can find me clinking margs with my husband, Isaac, in good ol’ Nashville, Tennessee. You can typically find us scarfing down chips and queso and petting strangers’ dogs. We are certified houseplant nuts and have a HVAC-controlled greenhouse in our backyard. It all started with one plant, so consider yourself warned!
I believe in the power of deciding that you can. We live in a world that tells us what we aren’t, who we aren’t, and why we aren’t. I believe we can flip the script by refusing to live small.
GREENERIE was built on the foundation that we don’t need to be afraid of being a beginner. Every “great” started from scratch, too. This idea keeps me inspired and reminds me to step out of my comfort zone every now and then. I hope it does the same for you.
Glad you’re here,
